The act was passed on Thursday.

Skiers thumb.... Has this happend to you?
25 October 2012 - 11:07
Ok so took a little wipeout tore the ligaments in my thumb a condition known as skiers thumb. Where the ligament that provides the stability and pinching "power" of the thumb ripped off completly, So been off the bike for 3 weeks now, and had the initial ligament reconstructive surgery, in 4 weeks they take the wires and the anchors out.
From what i gave read is that i have to not stress the thumb for 4 months after the second surgery.
Has this happend to anyone else? And how long before you were back on the bike. I can't see myself not mountainbiking for 6 months in total, and already ordered my XX gripshifts so i dont have to gear with the thumb.
