With everybody now starting to come out of hibernation -- this serves as a reminder that we at BODYANDBIKE decided to extend our absurd massage package of a prepaid R570 which will buy you 6 x 1hour sports massages!
In addition to it being SO affordable, you can also share the sessions between family members, even non sporting ones, or team members! Monday at BODYANDBIKE is known as Massage Monday, where all 60minutes sessions are R100! This is a great opportunity to help with recovery from a weekend of heavy training and/or racing.
