HI guys

I have a CycleOps SL+ power metre system with a wireless CPU. I downloaded Poweragent from cycleops' website and plugged my CPU onto the USB platform and the USB in the computer.

I then opened the program (Poweragent) and clicked on import files and all the icons to do with downloading workouts and it gives me a message that it couldn't find a CPU or source?

When I plug the USB mount thing in the computer and wait for the computer to respond, it opens a wizard that wants me to search for a driver or download one from the internet..and never finds anything

What is wrong..what am I doing wrong????

It's finicky!!! That's why I day the garmin is more reliable. I had this issue switching pc's.
