well Coenie,
apparently for every 10kg's of fat you lose, your p#nis gets 1cm longer, isnt that a good enough prize?

Okay - BMI is apparently 30.864

Targeting BMI of 26...

mine is 32, want to be 25.. (25 = officially no longer fat! currently considered obese)

thats a loss of 23kg and about 22% of my body weight

only on the hub would a simple "lets loose weight topic" turn into a massive debate on working out BMI etc etc etc.

Thread ruined.

I'm in too.

Suggest % weight loss only.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but unless you are still growing in height or plan on shrinking in height, your % weight loss will be the same as your % BMI reduction (because height remains constant). <_<

starting weight - 107kg
height - 1.79m
BMI - 33.4 (i.e. obese!! :o )

jas all these cheeseburgers are making me sick.
And yes i agree, from a sustainability point of view the simpler this is the better.

if you want to do this and you want to post 20 lines of stats then fine no-one will mind.
But i am sticking to Weightlost
% Weightlost
starting BMI
current BMI
and once a month RHR
