Alright guys, i have always been big, but due to the festive season festivities, i have ballooned and am feeling pretty swak.

Will there be anyone that is interested in a bit of a weightloss challenge,
i have 15/20kg to lose this year.

if people are interested then i am thinking of doing something pretty simple
like total weight (kg's) and waist measurement, with weekly checkins.

What do the other fatties think?

This is the link to the progress spreadsheet.

I need to loose about 8kg's this year! So yes I am interested. 8 is not a lot but I am 88.7kg's.

Are you gonna add some dietian value to the thread?

now why go and ruin a good thing.

I ask because everyone has an opinion on loss - and we just get to do out own thing.

well cool,
i weigh around 115 at 1.86m with a stomache measurement (around the love handles and the navel) of 105cm

I will take more accurate measurements tomorrow am.

what values do you guys think are pertinant to this thread.

I was thinking that weekly can just be weight and tummy measurement and then maybe once a month do a resting HR?

Should we also agree on a specific day sothat we all pretty much update our stats at a similar time?
I vote wednesday.

we can also use this to keep it fair.
(Weight Lost / Weight Before Loss) x 100 = % weight lost

i also propose that the "weight before loss" is the total amount and does not reset weekly.
