Like every Joe and his brother out there, yours truly would also like to ride the Sani2C one day!

Other than joining the waiting list that is longer than the list of people who would like to give Julius a PK, how do I get my muddy hands on an entry?

Guess if I don't ask, I'll never know?? ;)

I have nothing constructive to say...well, besides:

I HAVE AN ENTRY (evil laugh) :P

Three options: (other than murder)

Buy a Subaru, although I've heard even that option is limited to a certain number

Train as if you are going to ride, and hope to get a late entry through cancellations

As above, but pitch at the event, and you could get a last minute cancellation

Option 1... Mmmm.. not much of a Subaru fan :P
Option 2... Let's hope for this one!
Option 3... Would work if I still lived in GP ;)

Hello!

There's a bidding war on the sani2c FB page at the moment. It's a team entry for the Trail, and the bidding price is less than the purchase price at the moment. Last entry available to the 2012 sold-out sani2c! :) www.facebook.com/sani2c

The bid just reached R9000, which is the cost of an entry.

Doesn't look as if there is so much interest...

Best thing is to wait for a last minute cancellation. There are bound to be some - esp with 1800 teams...

It's not like you need to be violently fit like for the Epic (a bit fit helps tho, otherwise you'll get your ass handed to you on day 2, esp if they cut off, which they say they will.)

And carry on asking around... if people don't know that you are looking for an entry, they are not going to offer you one... :)

Hello This is Mr Hiroshima from Subaru. As you not liking our cars, we are doing background check and have found you. You will try enter for bicycling ride but we stop you. like our cars and we allow you enter race again.

Thanking you
