The Marzo Dirt Jumper forks are notorious for locking up (they get stiff and you loose travel). The Suntour rebound cartridge spazzes out. If When that happens PM me and I can pass on how to convert the shock to an open bath system. Did it to my Dirt Jumper 2 and its working perfect now. Pretty simple conversion too.
Congrats on the new bike - enjoy!

Which year marzo's though? I mean that fork is as old as my grand mother, I'm pretty sure it would have locked up by now if it was going to.

Mine is a 2007 or 2008.
Well, if it does lock up PM me and I'll send you the 'How to' for converting the fork to open bath.

If I converted the fork to open bath would it sort out the rattling noise of the springs inside the fork?
The Life of a dirt jumper. . . Fixing punctures. I thinks I have had around 4 pinch flats in the last week.

Nice one Panik. I have the same bike, just not quite as pimped out
It is ready to recieve some new wheels though (front and back
) after some heavy dismounts.
BTW do you notice any variation in chain tension on your single speed set up? I recently converted to SS and there is quite a big change in chain tension through a single rotation of the cranks.
