I had a funny and intersting Training ride today.

88 km in just 3 H 30 around 25 km average in the lovely wind.

I have been just as busy on http://Twitter.com/F_R_A_I_L (F_R_A_I_L)  with 80 followers and 1035 friends.

I am pleading with everyone to please put up your Challenges, I have just around 12 weeks till the Event takes place.

Hello Friends
This is just a short message to tell you about a New Project I have started for Old Age Homes. I have Sponsored R 2000 towards two prizes and recieved a Sponsor for a third prize.
1. Dinner for two at Pigalle Restaurant.
2. Cycling kit from Chris Willemse Cycles (imported).
3. Supplements from Cytomax.

All prizes are valued at R1000 and more.
Raffle tickets are R 50 each.
Draw will take place on the 27th November 2010.
