I'm back in action after a grueling test. I want to squeeze in as much massages the next 2-3 weeks before next test. (then I hibernate for 2weeks again)

I do sports massage and holistic massage (your normal relaxation type of massage) so tell everyone eg: brother, sister, wife, husband, skelmie, whoever...

Sports massage also includes stretching and stretching advice.

Went for my massage today. Fire is really a nice lady and did a sterling job. As a fellow cyclist we had lots to talk about.
Will definately go back for more massages, a physio checkup and bike fitment after that.
