Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally used up and worn out, shouting '..man,what a ride!

We're doing the duathlon. Can't swim even even if my life depended on it. But the one in January at Ruimsig was a lot of fun. Well organised and a good turn out.

I think, therefore I go fast

it was alot of fun!! i was wondering if the turn out is going to be as good as ruimsig was, i think alot of people used the ruimsig race as a warm up for the exterra.

I can vouch for the first event at the athletics stadium - well organised, good route, the runs were a bit short (which i was happy about being a mtber not a runner!), there was some issues with over taking back markers (it was a double lap mtb course) but not too much time wasted, even the weather was excellent - gonna skip event two but will see you all at the final...

the event is organised by Spectrum sport so as usual its a well organised event! will see you at the final Eldron! i had a little laydown with a lady backmarker at the the little uphill section just after the muddy section at the Ruimsig race when we both decided to take the same line and i rode into her from behind!  other than that i was a good race
