We going for a PE ride in the Baakens Valley tomorrow morning (Monday the 28th).

Will meet at the Elliott Centre on William Moffett at 08:00.

Will be an easy'ish ride of about 1,5hrs.

So Mully has at least experienced what it is like for us every day...damn daily gale force 6 in our faces all the way out along the railway line route, afew punctures for Mully on my sons Schwinn but still wonderful to have met you mate and look forward to riding together up North with you Holy and Mandibles.....oh yes and I didnt even have a lie down! I miss riding that railway line route.

 

Shocked What is this world coming to?!? Spud, you haven't admitted to having a lie-down in many weeks now and Holy also reported that he had a lie-down free weekend!

 

The wind in Howick on Saturday was impressive too. Small dogs were blown off their feet.

Lie down = You turn around when you hear the thump but missed the alleged event.

Lie down free weekend = I rode alone.

A quick blast around Marine from 10th Ave this morning with a light Westerly at your back. Amost peeeerrrrfect! And I got to b a 'domestique' for J L A with his new 'electric' bike and some SKY kit! He's still not yet allowed to wear the jersey.
