Hi all, has anyone tried any of the CycleOps Power classes yet?
I'm into my 4th week and can definately feel a difference in my cycling especially see a difference as far as HR etc go.
Tonights session was extremely interesting as I've never stood on my pedals and cycled before. Ever. We did intervals at our temp watts using 70 - 75 rpm. Wow it's hard to cycle that slowly and then to have to stand and pedal and then sit and then stand. I'll be very surprised if I can walk tomorrow despite all my stretching. Definately something I'll have to practise.
I'm looking forward to testing the results out on the tracks.
