That's very strange, is it an old model frame? There is an old model from 2005-2006 with the same name, quite different to the ones we sell.
I'm 6'4" and 92 kgs and mine doesn't flex. Also, the Planet X frame is from the same series as the Schwin Peloton, I've not heard any compaints from Peloton riders either.

These guys raced the 2008-2009 UK season (Elite) on the bikes with great results. If you search the bikeradar.com, weightweenies.com or tritalk forums you will be able to get a lot of feed back from riders who have them.
Pearl Izumi / Planet X / High 5 Racing Team Launch
News Posted: 18 Feb 2008
The
launch of the Pearl Izumi/PlanetX/High5 Racing Team was held in Derby
last weekend at Smith of Derby - the world's leading clock makers.
Team
Director Cherie Pridham along with Team Manager Eddie White introduced
their young team against a background of team sponsors. Also in
attendance was Mike Jenner, the head mechanic from Planet X, who was on
hand with his glamorous apprentice to fine tune the riders' new bikes.
Cherie
and Eddie again have their focus on a young team, with all their riders
under 23. Retained from last year will be team sprinter and under 23
National Circuit Race Series Winner Jon Mozley, Liam Holohan who is one
of the best young climbers in the country, Steven Adams who won five
races last year and finished third overall in the National XC series
and Matt Jones who has two National Time Trial medals from last year
and will be in his first full year as a senior rider.
New
additions to the squad will be Raphael Deinhart - a very strong climber
with four wins last year and the oldest rider in the team at 21, Ashley
Finn - a first year senior who rode very impressively in the National
Junior Series last year and also took wins in senior races. "Ash" is
the baby of the team at 18 and stands at 6ft 5ins. Also new to the
squad is George Atkins, one of the best young riders in the country
having numerous wins on road and track and last year became the Olympic
Youth Road Race Champion, a title he won in Serbia.
The
Team will be wearing the complete range of superb PEARL IZUMI clothing
and shoe wear products including race and leisure wear. They will be
riding the Superlight Pro Carbon Race bikes from PLANET X, fitted with
Dura Ace group sets and Fizik saddles. Planet X have moved away from
the normal style of having all the team bikes the same colour - the
team will now be seen riding the Pro Carbon model in various colours.
High
5 have stepped up their sponsorship for the team and will be looking
after all their nutritional needs whilst Ultimate Pursuits are
supplying the team with Giro helmets and DT Swiss products along with
Shimano, as well as the Elite turbo trainers that the team will be seen
warming up on before races.
Continental Tyres are also giving
their full support package. The team will be riding the Continental
Attack and Continental Force tyres and the guys will also be seen
wearing the very stylish "must have" Conti retro jackets. Adidas
Eyewear also continues with the team supplying the stylish Supernova
race glasses.
Cherie also supervises the team's individual coaching needs and provides the physiological testing program for the riders.
The
team would like to say a very big "Thank You" to all of their sponsors
and supporters who have helped to get this exciting new team on the
road.
