Bruce, is the "PACE" the amount of time he put power to the pedals?

Thanks for the info Bruce.

Makes me realise how far away I am from these monsters. I was impressed watching the TT on Saturday, but yesterday astounded me to see what the "norm" is for 187 km on day 2 of 22 for the TDF.

I think I need to put my training wheels back on the bike ......

No, it's just the minutes/mile, i.e. inverse of speed.

These numbers are perfectly achievable without doping.

Fandacious, I have a habit of dopping on the weekends. Still don't feel I am up to it when not dopping. During a dopping session however .....Big%20smile

although... 274w is hardly anything to write home about.

Do you have overall stats for last years tdf? ie - what was avg power throughout the tour?

we must be doing something wrong then... dopping does nothing for my perfomance (on the bike). It makes me dance amazingly well LOL

I posted last year plenty of stats for one rider.  But I don't have overall stats.

They renamed the original anti-dopping-agency to the AA.  They also dont like it when you 'dop' and drive/ride

Heard something hilarious on an old Top gear.  In 1950-something a guy entered the le Mans completely drunk, the organizers let him drive.  Everytime he went into the pits, as the car was being fuelled up he was given coffee, he then moaned it was making him gittery and from then they started giving him brandy!!  And what happened?  He won.
