Before you think i am sarcastic! I think this is good price. Am currently paying R365 for hammer perpetuem. That is 16 servings per bottle. How does cytomax performance compare to perpetuem?

I can not compare, I have not used Hammer products. Own experience with Cytosport range the last 5 years. If it is multi stage endurance or just one day events, I have always had good results. I still have an office job, train 3 times a week. Have a look at my results for Knysna, First in my catagery.

completed a 20 km TT, posted a time of 33min 36km/ with a HR of 70%, sprint last 500m 30sec 45km/ a HR of 80%. Then i still cycled home. If this is only the start of my training then what will my finish look like???
