Pretty much nothing. The old paint is removed first. If 10g is added it is due to clearcoat to protect the sprayjob.

No, it is CWCycles team bikes I believe.

I'm having my suspension fork also redone by TF, going to be styled to look similar to a Rock Shox SID, classic light blue.
