R.I.C.E

Rest - 30min nap

Ice - legs in the pool for 20min after a long day and I know tomorrow is some more

Compression - Like the pants or a massage......

Elevation - Legs in the air until I can't feel anything.

(Try and stand up and chase the dog with needles and pins......FUN)

Recovery food.  Chocolate milkshake, rare steak with chilli sauce, and a protein shake.

Rest.  Sleep the rest of the day

Ice.  Cold shower (helps with the sleep)

Compression.  Compression pants for at least an hour

Elevation.  putting your legs up on the table and reading the ride magazine or playing computer games.

PFFFT! If you can have you legs on the table while playing PC games, they're not exciting enough! Tongue I'm hooked on Tony Hawks Underground 2 at the moment, and the crashes make me almost jump out of my seat!

But seriously - do the compression pants really work? Can you feel the difference if you don't wear them? Is the hardest part of wearing compression pants telling your parents you're gay?

Hog, if you take a cold shower before you put the pants on, everything should fit in.  For recovery compression pants do work.  For picking up men, that you will have to try for yourself.
