This study demonstrates a poor agreement in test results comparing two WADA accredited laboratories. Moreover, after the initial rHuEpo "boosting" period the power to detect rHuEpo misuse during the maintenance and post periods appears minimal.

When you read that, cast your mind back to Flandis' case, where other labs returned different results, and his initial samples had names tippexed out and so on... I know his was for test, but still, I think the report raises serious questions around the actual testing facilities...
