Calling all peeps - Wolverine is right, we have some time, so we can make this something uber this year. nochain and I brainstormed this over the weekend, hence the bad weather I think the format used last year worked quite well, as we need to strike a balance between stage wins and overall contention.

But we are always looking to improve - so lets have your ideas as to how we do this. Sponsors? CWC - here is a good idea to tie in a marketing initiative with a widely followed competition (go check the numbers from last year). I also found that, for the time of the competition at least, it subtracts a bit from the normal wooha about trivial pursuits such as the pilgrimage back to the Land of the Blue Bull and get people to talk cycling for a while. Always a good excuse to use the forum for its intended purpose. 
So... suggestions please! We wont be able to accomdate everything, but still, we are looking at making this bigger and better!

Situations seldom change! But its your attitude towards a situation that makes them a whole lot more managable...

Great news........! I dont really have any suggestions though, last years comp was perfect for me except for the fact that I came no where

Perhaps for the newbs such as myself you can post an outline of the rules, etc... Sounds like fantasy league cycling?

Yup lets get this going....I have a list of all the guys who are doped to the eyeballs...about 180 names, so I will select my team based on which doctor they see

Trying to get hold of Admin,he said he will run the comp for us this year based on the same rules as last year.Only difference will be you will be able to get extra pionts for the polcadot and green Jersey.
Thinking of some spot prizes during the tour as well.
