OK, so lets look at them again....left and right is on the edge of slipping down the slope and the middle two are in trouble?

the one on the right does need a tan though. Looking at them again i dont even find them attractive (face wise)

By the way, the ONE diet that actually worked for my mom and sister is SURE SLIM, and probably cause it is actually more a way of eating, and is based on you as an individual. Eat right for your blood type kind of way.. Anyone tried this/them out?
Me...there is some basic truths in that type of 'diet', but I think Dangle put it the best a few months back...find a eating plan that fits you for life...

Incorporate all your favourites once a week and eat in moderation, not till your gut hurts!

but the diet alone will not help is what i was trying to say. Off season I usually put on about 5- 7kg (still excercising - just not as high intensity) with the same amount of food intake. I actually possibly eat less as I am not burning as much. So from that i will argue that exercising does help a lot

Healthy combination of diet & exercise is best, no doubt about that. However, it is not uncommon for very active people still to pack on the pounds due to incorrect eating. (or eating too much)

I don't. No form, no shape, other than the one that the bikini is forcing them into.

But - I'm one to talk about shape!
