Flat(ish - if you unfit), fast, sandy, hot (in summer). In other words: the ideal race for dirt roadies ;)  newbies and others just looking for a nice/pleasant ride/race. Nothing technical, nothing mind blowing. Neutral zone on tar to the reserve does not mean it is slow :)

Can anybody confirm a 9:00am start, and do all distances start together?

Best bet is be there for an 8am start, and if it starts at 9, you are already there.
Not sure about the start time (can't remember exactly) but then again I am there from about 6:30, so I am there.

Was going to ride but at 6 when I woke up is just seemed too much effort with the wind and the cold.  Hope it went well.

yip, it was as cold as hell out there today, and the wind didnt help either, even on the flats and slight down gradients it felt like one was riding uphill, but then again when riding with the wind one flew easy to maintain 35/40 average

Yea, slight downs did feel like ups, the wind was pumping.

Wasn't that cold but the wind made it hard! I must add that I did hit 60km downwind which was great fun. Yes I'm running 3x10.... Hate on. Glad I dragged myself outta bed after voriberg, body was still aching.
