Hi All
Ever consider just getting a handle bar with a really high rise in conjunction with the tallest stem you have available.
You can get them around the 50mm rise mark.

I got a 35deg one at cycle lab on Friday. Already have raiser bars as well so total rise at the moment is about 5.5cm... Should start saving for a new bike I guess...
