Retard:
Christiaan Lamprecht pleaded guilty to two charges of cruelty to animals in the Pretoria North Magistrate's Court.
In January he strangled his neighbour's two puppies and then skinned them, outside his garden cottage in Pretoria.
This was to "get them permanently quiet". The carcasses were found in a rubbish bin the next day.
The court gave him a warning and released him.
In 2009, Lamprecht had a similar charge against him withdrawn after he strangled his neighbour's dachshund. That charge was withdrawn because he agreed to follow a rehabilitation programme and perform community service at the Pretoria Zoo.
After the latest incident, he was sent for psychiatric evaluation which found he was not suffering from any disorder, but that he was mentally disabled.

Yup, I agree....... Danger to society and should be newtered?........ Maybe have his hypothalmus removed as well.

I don't agree with that last statement that he doesn't have psychological issues.
