I've been training hard for a tour in September, but have developed a painful, sensitive spot under and on the side of my big toe.  I can't apply full power or stand up on the pedals for long because of the pain.

Can anyone recommend a good podiatrist in Cape Town?

  The inserts for my casual shoes and cycling shoes sorted out my Achilles problem instantly. Nothing since.

He also sorted out my inners for my cycling shoes and other shoes.

Chris Delpierre is a legend. He has looked after me for about seven years now. I went to him when a orthopaedic surgeon recommended an ankle reconstruction. Chris said no way, we can treat this conservatively with orthotics and I have never looked back!
I only see him when i buy new shoes and want an orthotic built in.
