Following reports of issues in this thread, we found that emails sent from The Hub to any @hotmail, @live or other Microsoft email addresses were not being delivered.
We have since resolved the issue with Microsoft and they assure us email delivery will be restored within the next 24-48 hours.
If you have a @hotmail or @live email address and have had problems receiving mail from The Hub it should be restored within the next two days.
