Interesting Springbok selection. Can't understand why Morne Steyn has been selected for Bok squad when he hasn't been on top form in Super Rugby.  This evening game proves this point!

Peter Grant has been much more consistent.

Need new blood in Bok squad!

Heyneke sure looks nervous in that hot seat...

No Gio Aplon. The coach prefer bigger runners.
No superman Kolisi either. His day in green and gold will come.

Steyn is a dependable goal kicker and Heyneke enjoys familiarity there.

Just another Bulls side. Wynand Olivier. Zane Kirchner? Wtf? Brussouw left out.Kick and chase here we come. Boring, predictable and only 3 stormers players?Unfortunately it's football's off-season. otherwise I would not have bothered.

You are all getting you knickers in a knot for no reason… This team is only for the Pommies and there is no time to prepare. All Meyer is doing is selecting a base of players he knows with a few others to fill the gaps. This will change completely in the future

For my two cents worth (and as a 'tahs supporter it currently looks shaky that I even know what a rugby pitch is used for):

- Jaantjies is a good player, as good as Grant but when Steyn is on then it's super scary to the other side. Would love Jaantjies to get a go tho.
- Kolisi deserves a start. You are crazy if he hasn't done enough for selection. If he doesn't get a run on you have to ask 'why?'. He s a prospect for sure.
- The big test is the poms. May not seem a decent test for the bokke as it is a new coach, new team but they have already proved that the discarding of the dead wood has brought good results. You'd be a fool to write a team off if you kill them in this tour. It's a side that is hell bent on building for the next world cup, together as a team andsomething that has been missing from the old enemy since their sydney bulldozing to the Webb Ellis.

I'll stand behind the new coach.
Thus far it's not easy with this squad.

He must include for the future

De Jongh
Joe Pietersen
Kolisi
Aplon
Johan Goosen
Andries Bekker

There's some more names I cannot get to.

GO, BOKKE!
