Have been following the Tour on Twitter.  There seems to be a plethora of accidents in both yesterday and in today's stage. Hope all the injured ladies are ok...

That's Jo (Slo_Jo) in the pic, she was involved in a crash before this and had a blow-out while getting back to the bunch.

She hit her head hard and was unconcious for two minutes but talkative now.

She was taken to the hosptital for a check-up. Nothing broken and is currently having a head scan taken to make sure all is well.

She wanted to do so well in this tour, but such is life :(

Strong cross winds and straight roads hence the many crashes cos of wheels touching!
Lopen op het water, zonlicht zien voor dag en dauw.

Vliegen zonder vleugels, allemaal door jou.

Sad for her. Hope she gets back on the bike soon...
