The markets dont think so and Bonds are losing ground the whole day.
Personally I think it was just a box ticking exercise, a lot of pep talking about what it was thought the markets wanted to hear, especially the rating agencies who put us on watch, however the markets are sceptical on the pull through, and are suggesting its unattainable.
