I got about43km as well. 545/524 sound close enough to each other to be accurate (mine is based on what a FR405 measured, no elevation correction plugin in Sporttrack
I tried to measure splits from timing mat to timing mat and got the following:
Run 1 : 4.88 km
Trans 1: 0.09 km
Cycle : 43.09 km
Trans 2: 0.08 km
Run 2 : 2.56 km
It was a tough day 'in the office', I have some Achilles niggles, and had cramps in both calves for the whole cycle leg. Resorted to walking the second run so I can finish... Worst personal duathlon performace EVER
