A few years ago a few friends and I did a tour from Knysna to George to Oudtshoorn to Uniondale to Knysna. The great bit was that we could sleep in backpackers in every town and therefor it meant only having to carry a sleeping bag and clean clothes with us. Highlights included the Old Cape Road on day 1, Montagu Pass on day 2 and the Karoo 2 Coast route on day 4

Cederberg, starting at Algeria! was there last month. Just remember, no MTB on the hiking routes, MTB's only allowed on the Jeep Track.
