Hi all,

My sincere apologies for any frustration and inconvenience caused as a result of site issues experienced today.

We started seeing issues yesterday which appeared to be resolved after a small config change. This morning, however things were worse and we've been battling to find the cause of the issues all day.

We have upgraded the web server which seems to have helped to a degree, but has not addressed the underlying issue.

Myself and the tech guys at our hosting company are doing all we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Hopefully we'll have things back to normal shortly.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hi Matt
The changes (especially to the classifieds) are not cool. The thumbnails are too small and the order in which you have arranged things isn't logical. One usually looks for an item based on it's name, not price.

Why are you making all the changes? They are not really improvements, and are causing huge instability on the website.
Can you not leave the site as is and let people get used to it being a certain way for a period of time?

Good to see it back to normal (almost). Thubnails aren't visible in classifieds on most adverts when you go into the advert.
Speed had returned too.
