Ordered a few odds and ends from CWC on Friday, including a 450ml bottle of Stan's. Got my package this morning - free delivery - with a note saying they are out of stock of the 450ml but sent a 950ml instead for NADA !

Same here. Ordered a big bottle of Stans & a shock pump on Friday. Was delivered yesterday!!! What amazes me is that I get better service from them than any of my LBS' in JHB and they are 1600km away.

Shocking service that they did not include a little person in the package who jumps out and tops up your Stans and services your bike at the same time.
Come on CWC ... pick up your game!
I do like their no postage cost concept they have going now and I am sure they will secure far more sales in doing this, well done guys!

Ek kan nie verstaan hoe het CWC so sleg gevaar op die LBS kompetisie was in Bicycling tydskrif was nie, dis goedjies soos die wat CWC kop hoogte bo die res laat uitstaan!!!

Ordered 3 items from CWC on Friday, received it yesterday at work....in Jhb!! BRILLIANT SERVICE! what pushed me to finally order it was their free delivery....awesome idea!! I hope they make lots of sales till ARGUS!!
