Just read this in the Pretoria News:

The past of a prominent and well-known figure in cycling circles may, after more than a decade, catch up with him. Next month he will have to defend a R3 million damages claim against him from a woman who claims he ruined her life by sexually exploiting her since she was a child.

Will post a link when I find it online…

Whoops. With the SA cycling scene being pretty small, if true, this guy's career and reputation will surely be flushed.

Guys, you may know who is being referred to, but refrain from posting his name here. Doing so would be illegal.

Forgive me, but what relevence is there about him being a cyclist?

Why can t he just be a regular perv?

When we all discussed that mollie monster (sp?) we didnt label him first by his hobbies etc..

Now even more people are going to aim there cars at cyclists....

I am sure there are perverts and devients in all sports/social circles...it has no relevence.

Out of the night that covers me,Black as the pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be For my unconquerable soul.In the fell clutch of circumstance, I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance. My head is bloody, but unbowed.Beyond this place of wrath and tearsLooms but the Horror of the shade,And yet the menace of the years,Finds and shall find me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate,How charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate:I am the captain of my soul.

Yeah, true. It's like the okes that shot that henning woman. They kept on being referred to as "motorcyclists".

Like karate.

I don't. Mine were in a jar of formaldehyde in a jar in the ex-missus's mantelpiece. Oh, wait, you said "scruples"…

Joburg High Court. Doesn't relate to where the alleged cfrime took place, nor where either the plaintiff or accused now reside.

So, when Zuma was accused of rape, we shouldn't have referred to his as the deputy president?
