Lance talks about the investigation and the USADA:

“I had days where I thought I was ****ed,” he said, then added, “but I always thought the right decision would be made.”

Hmm, interesting, although like all things to do with LA, you never really know.

Personally I think the world has moved on from Lance and not enough people really care about him any more, certainly the cycling world has anyway. He was good, but his day has gone, its time to move on.

That said I saw a great paragraph the other day somewhere which I thought summed up the world of cycling and LA very well, it went something like this, "The cycling world has moved on from the days of Lance, so all you guys who like riding your bikes in your Speedo's, he is your problem now.!
I want to die peacefully, in my sleep, like my grandfather......not screaming and yelling like the passengers in his car!.

Lance clocked a 3rd place at the St Croix 70.3 Iron man last weekend
Did a 2:22 (90 km) on the bike finishing in the lead but ran a 1:18 (21km) to loose the lead and end up finishing 3rd....

Go Lance!!
Growing old is inevitable, growing up is optional...go ride your bike.

I think i find my new "whatever you call that story thingy at the bottom of each post"

“I’d never waste another minute trying to convince somebody I’m innocent,” said the Texan. “I think everybody’s made up their minds. Nobody’s on the fence about me anymore. It’s kind of refreshing. If someone says, ‘I think you F*** cheated, I go, ‘ok, great. Can we talk about something else? Because I really don’t give a **** what you think. I’m not going to waste any more time having that argument.”
