Connex 7 speed (708 nickel coated inner & outer plates) for under a Buffalo from Chain. Less sideways flex although a little heavier than 9speed but lighter than BMX or halflink. A good compromise for me.

Half link chain, cause It was long enough, also use a R120 track chain when I change my gear ratio. Both quite heavy, but they do the job.

BMX chain (1/8') - had to: needed one to fit the chainring I purchased (Blackspire MonoVeloce).

R75 BMX chain. Does the job on my 1/8" chain ring.
Magic gear for about 250km, then tensioner's back on....
Single Speed is all you need.....
