strava / mapmyride / endomondo

check the sites out and see which one you like best.
endomondo has nice social aspect.
strava a bit more serious
mapmyride is not great on the training etc. but good for planning/downloading routes/courses

oh, garmin also has an iphone app now. haven't tried it. might be decent.
