The ride starts at 18:00, but if you are there earlier then just join us after you've warmed up...
We usually ride the green route, and throw in a bit of blue every so often.
We also quite often ride in the opposite direction to the normal trails which is a nice change.
The pace would usually be classed as medium - depending on who is there...

Part of the 18:00 ride problem, no light, and no funds atm to get either.
