How to enter
You have to ENTER and COLLECT YOUR NUMBER for this event.
ENTERING involves supplying your details and paying, while NUMBER COLLECTION refers to presenting yourself at a registration point, and collecting your race pack.
The Ninety Niner Cycle Race is making use of the services of Racetec (www.racetec.co.za) to manage all aspects regarding entries.

Online entry
You can only enter online for this race from 9 December 2011.
You can enter online until 24:00 on 31 January 2012 at the early entry fees.
After 31 January 2012, and if there is space, you will be able to enter online up to 24:00 on 7 February 2012; although you will have to pay the higher late entry fees and both seeding and entry into the race will be on a 'space available' basis.
The following due dates are crucial in respect of the taking of online entries:
On-line entries open on 9 December 2011.
The cut off for early entries (online) will be 24:00 on 31 January 2012.
On-line entries close on 7 February 2012. All 123km entries close on 7 February 2012.

Late entry & number collection
The cut-off date for online entries at normal entry fees is 24:00 on 31 January 2012. After this date and time all entries will be considered late entries and will have to pay the late entry fees and be subjected to availability.
Late entries for 50km race and 35km MTB race can be effected at the Reeds collection points on 8, 9 and 10 February 2012, as well as on race day (11 February 2012) at Durbanville Racecourse between 05:30 and 07:30. 20km MTB and 8km MTB entries only at Meerendal on race day between 07:00 and 08:30. Note that all 123km entries close on 7 February 2012.
The cost for entering after 31 January 2012 is R170 for the 50km race, R170 for the MTB 35km race and R70 for both the MTB 20km race and the MTB 8km race.
Collection of racepacks and late entries will be at the following places.
Please note late entry will be subject to available space.

Important information
Age Restriction
To comply with the governing bodies regulations and to ensure that we run a safe race, all cyclists 10 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
10:45 CUT-OFF TIME
To avoid disappointment, it is important to be aware that the 123km and 50km routes will have a Safety/ Mid race cut off time of 10h45 in Adderley street (see route map). This is to comply with PPA rules and ensure that unfit riders do not risk serious injury.
Cyclists failing to reach this point by 10:45 will be diverted back to the venue.
