Is there anyone keen for riding in the afternoon for a couple hours in the week from the Pta East area. Will ride ± 2 hours averaging 20km/h+
The time is not fixed, up to those you want to join.

We are doing a trainingride every tues an thursday from 17h30 to 19h30 if you want to join.
A bad day in the saddle is much beter than a good day at work.

I'm in Garsfontein, but all those you mentioned are within a 5min ride anyways.
