Hey guys
Since I'm injured at the moment I decided it's a good time to do some more swimming so will be following a 12 week plan from tomorrow if anyone wants to join.
Swims will be at hillcrest or preferably at the gym pool in the Estate where I stay in Moreletapark.
I'm flexible with swim times.
Anyone keen ?
