I know things came out a bit wrong, like normally I was just super excited to continue training and wanted my bike ready within a day but unfortunately it was not possible due to small technical misunderstanding with a missing part when they replaced my frame...I would like to apologise and hereby would still be going to your shop asking for discount on your already low prices as I always do while enjoying my Saturday Vanilla Latte at Coffee Republic
In future I can recommend anyone who has got a problem rather talk to Chris jnr or Snr directly as they will sort it out right there....valuable experience learned is that email correspondence aint a way to do things, pick up the phone rather...or get face to face, like the way me and him sorted it out.
Thnx for sorting out the wheel issue, I am looking forward to take my TF2 to the race on Sunday...and trying my best as always showing off my Fondriest...
so Chris...I will sponsor you a beer next time!!
PS: I aint very good at apologies, but I apologise.
