Is there anyone that want to join me on wednesday mornings (+-7am-9am) for a ride.

I stay in pta east.

What type of riding do you want to do?
SPeed, distance etc ?

I'm keen just need to shake off this ITB issue

I just want to do about +-50km (25km/h) if it is less or slower that is fine with me.

If you are keen for a harder pace 30km/h plus.

I would be keen.
