I am training for the 2012 Cape Epic and my partner stays in Polowane so I am riding by myself. Is there any other guys that want to ride in the mornings from 5-7 am, that stay in the Pta East area? I stay close to Elarduspark, Rietvalleyrand area

I'm not doing the Epic but always looking for new people in the area to ride with. I stay in Moreleta.
What type of riding do you want to do i.e. avg speed, time, technicality

During the week mornings two days Klapperkop intervals and two days Delmas road lap plus minus 60km lap and Monday rest day, weekends long rides 90 to 120km MTB rides

Sweet will definitely join on the road laps and klapperkop, mtb rides a bit long for my type of racing at this point in time.
