Are there any group rides that leave early morning (5.30ish) on Fridays in the area? If not, is anyone keen to join me this Friday morning for a ride?
I live in Rondebosch and I'm not sure what's available. I'm looking for a group to average around 28km/hr+ depending on route etc.
