It could be bit of both, reading the report about the tragic death of the young lad in Inanda Rd, it seems the kid tried to cross the rd at the wrong time.

Today while driving home, I pass two cyclists driving down the M13 through Westville, Durban bound riding two abreast and taking over the whole lane, I mean are these people retarded or something.
