I just recieved my csa licence after almost a decade of waiting! since the aplication i have changes clubs!!!! can they change it? will i wait another decade???

Your club needs to to approve your application with CSA so I take you already paid your membership to the 1 st club and got your liscense approved?
If so and you then joined another club just go onto their website and change your club details their it should not have an effect on your liscense
