As far as I know not really, you can buy a manual grinder. There is something in the crushing of it that releases the good stuff. These are about R800 from Amazon, http://www.amazon.co...s/dp/B0017TP7C4

It's a type grass and you drink it, full of nutrients, anti-oxidents and vitimins in a small shot. All you will need, in a little bit of grass. Gives you loads of energy, very, very good for you, you can get them from Kauai.

So this is the new : "you have to have this or you will die"? :D

The wheat part I can deal with. It is the grass part that will make me avoid this.

I've been having it since 2007, I met a guy in France on a surf trip that was growing his own and got me onto it. Its a super food, like goji berries. Not the greatest taste, but you only need a shot a day.

As far as I know, its not the same as having it freshly crushed/ squeezed. It's awesome stuff and can be easily grown at home, I was looking at staring to grow it myself.
