Why is this thread so quiet or am I the only one getting excited.
It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles. I am on the Hub on my iPhone while doing Vissershok repeats.
And that is just my warm up.

recieved an email that I have been reseeded from group K to Group E but need to pay R200 to reseed. should I really want to do a sub 3
