By means of The Hub I would like to let you guys know about the fantastic service I received from Park Tools here in Durban.
I have exchanged three pfp- 6 pumps at my LBS within the last three months and Denver, (lad from Holdfast Durban) has now upgraded the pump without any questions. He not only kept me in the loop as to the replacement order but was very polite and decent about the whole thing.
A big thumbs up for good decent service!
