But ask before you buy - some items attract duties like mad, others not.

strangely enough, i just brought in a 2XU tri-top and cycling jersey, HRM, and some other cycling stuff, and they only hit me up for just under R370. I dont question my good fortune at all

Ordered some gear from CRC, getting it posted to my sister in the UK and she is going to send it over. Hope they don't dig around in package and decide to nail me with

You can add on 40% duty and then 1.1 x value x 14% for VAT and then your R30-R90 handling fee.
Find something worth dying for and then live for it.
